Terms and conditions

  1. Hotel Viena will not be responsible for any inconveniences or results of unforeseen circumstances such as floods, earthquakes, riots, acts of terrorism, acts of government or change of authority in a country, adverse weather conditions or renovations to the hotel that are beyond our control. they communicated in advance.

    2. Differences in climate and energy saving rules in different countries can affect heating systems.

    3. After making the reservation, please check and make sure that all the details in the confirmation (such as the hotel address, information about the hotel's rate policy) are correct. In this way you will be protected from any inconvenience caused by a system error.

    4. The use of the site is done only after accepting the terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, do not use this site.

 

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

  1. Please ensure that the travel documents, identity card or passport, show no signs of damage to the safety elements and are valid for at least 3 months from the date of the end of the journey for destinations in the European Union and at least 6 months from the end of the journey for the other destinations outside the European Union.
  2. Countries that allow entry based on IDare: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Switzerland, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Great Britain, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia , Spain, Sweden, Hungary.   3. In the case of recently married people, the Identity Card canceled (perforated) by the authorities in order to issue a new identity card is not accepted.
  4. Children who have not reached 14 years of age and do not have an identity card, will have to be registered in the passport of one of the parents. In this case, parents whose children are entered in their passports will necessarily travel with the Passport.
  5. Hotel Viena does not assume any responsibility in the situation where the border authorities do not allow the tourist access to the territory of Romania. Also, in this case, the tourist will not be refunded the value of the stay.

 

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR MINORS

  1. For minors traveling with only one parent, the consent of the other parent expressed through a notarized declaration is required. If the other parent is deceased, a copy is required after the death certificate.

For minors who have only one parent declared on the birth certificate, a copy of this certificate is required.

  1. For minors traveling with only one parent who is divorced, it is required final court decisionby which he/she was entrusted with the minor(s) and a copy of the divorce deed. If the court decision is not final, the consent of the other parent expressed through a notarized statement is required.
  2. For minors who travel without their parents and have been entrusted to a third person, the consent of both parents expressed through a statement authenticated by a notary, as well as a legal record for the person accompanying them, is required.
